But really! Is SEO salary high?
First of all, make sure you know the positions of SEO profession. It is not one but a whole bunch of terms for positions, responsibilities of an SEO.

SEO profession overview
SEO is a tool in Digital Marketing, it is short for Search Engine Optimization, i.e. optimization displays up top results on search engines (Google, Bing, Yandex,…). This work requires the worker to know the basic techniques of SEO, constantly research and update algorithms from search engines.
For this job, thinking and technique are always the two most important factors, as it will decide whether you can go further with it or not.
Potential of SEO profession
At the moment, as new AI technologies are born and the habits or search needs of users are also different. Many experts think that SEO will die, replaced by perhaps a new tool, a new way to help users access information more quickly.
But I think otherwise, SEO still exists and potential in the future despite the new AI technology, content writing tools or AI SEO is also developed. After all, it is also called SEO.
Or look at the fact, have you ever searched something on Tiktok, YouTube with keywords instead of Google?
And what do you see?
It’s obvious that there must be some results. And it’s exactly where SEO comes in.

You may see some ranks with quite high salaries, but remember that their pressure will not be small. Those salaries are basically consistent with the skills and efforts they achieve. And all ranks in SEO are just for use talking about SEO or SEOer (only used in Vietnam market).
High-paying SEO?
SEO salary will be high if the SEO strives to learn and build more revenue sources through SEO, while if you only pay attention to the salary paid by the company, the “interest” is not much. Because the money earned will be used for later treatment only (High working frequency, multiple sitting, pressure).

Tips of an SEO
I’m not an expert who has been doing SEO long enough to have some “cool” experience. Here are some tips that I give you:
- If you are new, do not know anything about SEO then try it. Maybe do internships, build a blog, or learn SEO on Youtube, Google because it is free.
- If you need to go further with SEO, then you should find a teacher, a leader. Because it will help to save maximum time learning, avoiding common mistakes that every “newbie” will encounter.
- The path to the highest income for SEO is to do SEO services for the international market, but highly competitive and require basic English.
- Some ways to make money that require SEO skills include: Yotube monetization, Adsense or display advertising, affiliate marketing, e-commerce (POD for example), …
